How to do it
Adults:
Spray REST 2–3 times on each body area where you want to add magnesium, and gently massage the serum well into the skin. For maximum relaxing effect, you can apply the serum after a warm, soothing bath.
Children: Spray REST 2–3 times into your hands. Then gently massage the serum well into the skin on the area(s) of the child where you want to add magnesium.
Worth knowing:
The product may tingle slightly on the skin; this is due to the high salt content and is not dangerous (on the contrary). To reduce the tingling sensation, you can apply the product to wet skin and optionally follow with a mild lotion or a good oil.
NOTE: Do not use the product on cuts, wounds, or freshly shaved legs — it may sting because of the salt!
