This is a lovely cream for dry skin, and it’s great to use after workouts because it contains magnesium that helps calm the body so I can sleep well at night.

It's winter and I'm pregnant, so my skin is extra dry and irritated after a shower, which is why I use it all over my body. It's concentrated and it takes effort to rub in, but I do it every time. It absorbs quickly and my skin immediately feels calm 😊

One more thing that helps with my pain. I have severe fibromyalgia and nerve pain; right now it’s my shoulders and collarbones and I apply Ease with a lot of effort and afterwards reap the reward — the pain is reduced.
