By shopping at www.canacare.dk, you accept the following terms:

Shipping

We offer delivery with GLS to a pick-up point for 39 DKK and DAO to home or pick-up point for 39 DKK. We offer free shipping on purchases over 499 DKK.
All purchases are delivered as soon as possible. The shipment is within 3-4 business days.

Please be aware that if you are locatede outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered multiple different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

If it is an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive the first item.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you want to withdraw your purchase. You can send an email to info@canacare.com or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot withdraw the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also notifying us.

Return

Once you have informed us that you want to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. We only accept packages sent directly to the address with GLS Business. You must pay for the return shipping, and you are responsible if there is damage during transport. 

No Right of Withdrawal

These agreements cannot be withdrawn:

Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Condition of the Item When Returning It

If the item has lost value and it is due to you using it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.

Refund of the Purchase Amount

If you withdraw your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is devalued, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice that you want to withdraw from the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the payment until we have received the item, unless you provide us with documentation that you have returned it.

Offers and Promotions

We regularly offer promotions and special deals on selected products. All offers are valid only for the period stated in connection with the promotion and while stocks last.

For promotions such as “3 for 2”, the lowest-priced item is always free, unless otherwise clearly stated in the promotion.

Unless otherwise specified, offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or other promotions.

We reserve the right to end or modify promotions without prior notice in the event of sold-out items, typographical errors, or technical issues.

Complaint

There is a 24-month warranty for purchases. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item exchanged, get a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

The email should include a picture and a description of the complaint. In addition, the order number must be stated in the subject line.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for the shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

Purchase and Payment

At canacare.dk, you can pay with:
MobilePay, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.

The amount is deducted from the payment card when the package is shipped. We do not charge card fees.
If you do not pick up your package, the actual return shipping costs will be charged.

 

Subscription

About subscription purchases
Cana Care offers you the possibility of receiving a selection of products regularly and automatically by subscribing to such products. Subscription purchases are always voluntary and require that you actively select them. The standard purchase setting is for one-time purchases and the subscription is therefore an extra service we offer. It is also possible to combine subscription purchases and non-subscription purchases in one order.

When you make a subscription with us, we send your parcel with home delivery, making it easy for you to pick up your delivery.

How to make subscription purchases

  • Find the products you wish to subscribe to (products available for subscription will appear from the website)
  • Select how often you wish to receive the products
  • Add the products to your basket and pay for your purchases

The subscription
When you request subscription delivery for your products, you select how often you wish to receive the product(s) by choosing between the available intervals. Cana Care will send the products to your selected delivery address at the intervals and by the delivery method selected by you. This applies until you either cancel or change your subscription for each product.

To be a subscriber
When you first create a subscription by selecting to subscribe for products you purchase via our webshop, you will be registered as a Cana Care subscriber. This means that we save your preferred delivery method and your payment details in your profile. If you subscribe to more than one product, the same payment card and delivery address is used for all products. You can always change the payment card and delivery address under your profile. Please also see the below section about subscription payments.

Cancellation and changes
You can change or cancel your subscription to one or more of the subscription products. Your subscription may be cancelled until 5 days prior to your next delivery and there is no minimum contract term. Consequently, you are not bound by a certain period and may cancel your subscription at any time.

You can make changes and cancellations under “subscription” on your profile or by contacting our customer services. Please allow up to 2 days’ turnaround for your email to customer services.

Subscription discount, pricing and discount codes
You will receive a discount of at least 15% off the regular price of the products you choose to subscribe for. The exact discount will appear on the product page. When you set up a subscription for a product, you may find there is a discount code or other campaign offer for the product you wish to subscribe for. These discount codes do not apply to subscription products.

Automatic payment of subscriptions
When you create a subscription with Cana Care, you accept and provide your consent that payment for the subscription products will be automatically withdrawn from your payment card.

This withdrawal will automatically be made for every delivery following your first purchase at which you select a subscription for the requested products. We will not withdraw the amount before your products are dispatched and you will receive an email with relevant information prior to each delivery.

Subscribing does not cost extra
You will not receive additional invoices and no extra fees will be added; you only pay for what you get. In addition to this, you get a minimum of 15% discount on the purchase of subscription products via our webshop. We look forward to making your everyday life easier.

Please note, however, that you cannot use discount codes when purchasing subscription products.

Reservation of Amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) We withdraw the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to an agreement with your card issuer.

Visa, Maestro, and Mastercard: the money is reserved for 30 days by default.

When purchasing items from Canacare.dk, personal information such as name, address, and payment details must be entered. Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

When placing an order, you guarantee that all the information you provide is correct, that you are over 18 years old, and that you are an authorized user of the credit card used, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase. Cana Care is responsible for treating all customer information confidentially.

Complaints Procedure

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us at info@canacare.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.

To be able to complain, the item or service you want to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and at most 100,000 DKK. There is a fee for processing the complaint.

Privacy Policy

To purchase items on this webshop, you must register with the following personal information: Name, address, email address, and phone number. We record and disclose the personal information necessary to deliver the item to you.

The information is recorded at Cana Care ApS and is kept for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your information.

If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it.
