When your order has gone through, you will receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes. If you do not receive an order confirmation, it can mean a few different things: there may be a typo in your email address, or your order confirmation may have ended up in your spam folder. Please check those two things first. If you still can’t find your order confirmation but are fairly sure you completed the order, please contact us at info@canacare.com, and we can look you up in our system by your name or phone number to find out whether your order went through or if an error occurred.
We only charge your account once your order has been shipped from our warehouse - typically one business day after your purchase. If you use Klarna, the payment will be processed according to your agreement with Klarna.
After you have added the products you want to buy to your shopping cart, click “go to checkout”. In the next window that appears, you will find a field labeled “add discount”; click it and then enter your discount code.
It depends on which country you are buying from and which delivery method you choose. You can always find the applicable prices at checkout before you proceed to payment.
We deliver both to parcel shops and to your home; you can choose the option that suits you best at checkout. We also offer a range of shipping carriers.
If you didn’t pick up your parcel from the parcel shop within the time limit, it will be returned to us. After that, the amount for your order will be refunded to your account. If you choose to buy your items as a subscription, your regular deliveries will be sent using the delivery method you selected when you set up your subscription. You always have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after you have received your item. If you wish to make a complaint about an item you have received, please write to info@canacare.com, and we will assist you further.
Generally, you can't cancel an order once it's been placed. However, if your order hasn't yet been packed at our warehouse, we may in some cases be able to help cancel it or make changes to it.

If your bathrobe is unused and it's within the 30-day return period from receipt, you can return it. Just send us an email.

Yes! Some people prefer to have their skincare delivered on a subscription so they never run out. It is therefore simply an additional service and, importantly, an active opt-in.
You can have a selection of products delivered automatically and regularly via subscription. It’s completely free to set up a subscription. You also receive ongoing free shipping on your subscription products. Purchasing products on subscription is always optional, and you will not be enrolled unless you choose to sign up.
By default, all products are sold as one-time purchases. The subscription is therefore an extra optional service we offer. You can also combine a purchase with both subscription products and non-subscription products.

Yes — our magnesium serum delivers magnesium locally through the skin, right where you apply it. Because magnesium has a calming effect on the body, it can help soothe and relax if you're bothered by growing pains. Make sure to massage it well into the skin to give yourself the best chance of a restful night's sleep. Since magnesium is a salt mineral, some people may experience a slight stinging sensation if too much is applied. If that happens, we recommend finishing with a good lotion or oil — the sensation will then disappear.
On our foot cream Treat and our hand cream Soft, you can see the expiration date on the top of the product.
For the rest of the products, the following applies:
· Before opening: at least 36 months' shelf life
· After opening: at least 12 months' shelf life
However, the products can often be used for longer than 12 months after opening, provided they are stored correctly and still have a normal consistency, scent and appearance.
No! All our products are cruelty-free and are not tested on animals during development, production, or safety assessment.
Heat may be used by breastfeeding mothers; it can actually be very helpful, for example, for a tense neck after awkward nursing positions. Just be careful that Heat does not come into contact with your baby's eyes, as it may sting your baby.
We do not recommend Heat for young children, as it can become very hot, and we want everyone to have a good experience with the product.
If Heat feels too warm, you can always neutralize the warmth by applying an oil to your skin afterwards.
If you don't feel immediate warmth the first time you apply Heat, we have a few tips you can try: Always make sure to shake the product well before use so the ingredients activate. Apply Heat after a warm bath, or use a warm cloth on the area first. Roll on a generous layer of Heat, wait 20 minutes, and roll again — possibly a third time if the effect still feels too mild. Move around a little or put on a sweater — the warmth will often reactivate as your body warms up.
If you still don't feel any warmth, contact us at info@canacare.com, and we'll help you further. There may be a fault with your Heat, and we can assist with an exchange.
It varies from person to person how long Heat provides warmth. For some, it will be warm for 30 minutes; for others, for several hours. If you put Heat on in the morning, the warmth usually subsides during the day, but if you then cycle home from work or otherwise raise your pulse, the warmth will often reactivate itself, and you will feel a warming sensation again.
You can use Heat on, for example, the jaw area or along the hairline (many people like this for tension headaches), but otherwise we do not recommend using Heat on the face, as it should not come into contact with the eyes.
Yes! Heat is very effective when used together with the Rest and Relax magnesium serums, because Rest and Relax deliver magnesium locally to the skin and thereby soothe your muscles, while Heat can then stimulate blood circulation, warm the area, and relieve your tension.
We recommend using Rest/Relax first, waiting a couple of minutes, and then applying Heat for the best results to ease your tension.
If you want to reactivate Heat during the day, we have a few tips you can try: get your pulse up, take a warm bath, or roll on more Heat.
Yes, you can use Grow during pregnancy. Our Grow hair serum is free from endocrine disruptors, fragrance-free, and has kolbe-A at Kemiluppen, so it can be safely used in all stages of life. It can actually be a very good idea to start using Grow while you are pregnant to help prevent possible hormonal hair loss in the postpartum period.
No, Grow doesn't make your hair greasy. One of Grow's best benefits is that it doesn't leave your hair oily, so you can use Grow every day, whether you wash your hair daily or not.
Yes, our Grow hair serum can also be used by men. Grow is not formulated for a specific gender and can therefore be used by anyone experiencing hair loss and/or an imbalance of the scalp. In addition to helping reduce hair loss, Grow also supports natural, healthy hair growth.
Yes, GROW can easily be used alongside your other styling products. We simply recommend applying GROW directly to the scalp as the first step, so the serum has the best conditions to penetrate and work optimally. After that, you can style your hair just as you normally would.
No, Grow should not be washed out of your hair. You should apply Grow after washing your hair (not before), but you can of course shower and wash your hair as usual.
Yes, you can use Grow on both dry and wet hair. Grow isn't greasy and doesn't require daily hair washing.
We recommend using 2 pipettes of Grow morning and evening for at least 90 days to achieve the best results. After that, you can reduce to once a day if you are satisfied with the initial results. However, we recommend continuing to use Grow daily for the best conditions for your hair, just as you use a facial cream every day.
What makes Ease truly special is its magnesium content and the fact that you can thus deliver magnesium locally through the skin to the whole body — every day.
When Ease is applied to the skin, the ingredients are activated and the skin will become (temporarily) white. Spread the product well over the body so the cream is absorbed and the skin will return to its usual color.
Yes, you can definitely use Ease during pregnancy. It is fragrance-free, free of hormone-disrupting substances and has kolbe-A at Kemiluppen. In fact, pregnant women can greatly benefit from Ease's skin-care properties and from the absorption of magnesium through the skin.
Because Ease contains a high amount of Magnesium, Shea butter and Argan oil, it is very concentrated and goes a long way. If you find it difficult to massage properly into your skin, it’s probably because you’re using a little too much. It’s very concentrated, so you don’t need to use much at a time.

Many people think that SPF 50 is twice as effective as SPF 30, but that's a misconception.
- SPF 30 blocks about 97% of the sun's harmful rays
- SPF 50 blocks about 98% of the sun's harmful rays
The biggest difference is how well the protection works for people with very fair skin, or when you're exposed to extreme sun.
But remember, you only achieve the SPF stated on the sunscreen when you apply the correct amount. If you use less, the sunscreen may protect much less than the listed SPF.
If a sunscreen is water-resistant, it means it has been tested to retain at least 50% of its protection after two 20-minute immersions in the water. However, it’s important to understand that no sunscreen is waterproof. Always reapply sunscreen after swimming, sweating, or towel-drying to ensure you stay optimally protected.
Yes — and no. We recommend that you always apply sunscreen at least 20 minutes before you go out in the sun — and preferably early enough for the sunscreen to fully absorb into your skin before you put on clothes. When the sunscreen has fully absorbed before dressing, you reduce the risk of stains on your clothing. However, this can still happen, for example if you sweat, so always be cautious, especially with light-colored fabrics, and make sure to wash the sunscreen off your skin before you go to bed so it doesn’t transfer to your bedding.

It's normal to experience a stinging or itchy sensation when using Relax. This is because magnesium is a salt mineral, and the concentration of magnesium is high in Relax. Try different amounts and use a dose that feels comfortable rather than causing stinging or itching. If it does occur, you can always relieve it by applying a good cream or oil before or after.

If you have actual cracks in your heels, however, we recommend that you start by using a slightly smaller amount of salt (1 tbsp per 4 liters), as the high salt concentration can otherwise feel prickly on the skin. For optimal care and softening of your feet, you may want to finish your foot soak by using TREAT foot cream.
