How to
Shake the product before use.
Roll the product onto the skin areas you want to warm, e.g., the neck or lower back.
Use HEAT on warm skin, e.g., after exercise or a warm bath.
When the skin is warm, it is more receptive to the product.
If you want more heat:
Repeat rolling HEAT after 20 minutes if you need more warmth. The warming effect can also be reactivated for up to 24 hours by applying another source of heat, e.g., a hot cloth, exercise, or about a minute with a hairdryer, if you want a proper boost.
If you want less heat:
The warming effect can be reduced by applying oil to the area. This is also the best way to neutralize the product on the skin.
