Received my delivery last week and I'm already a huge fan. I have a shoulder that needs surgery and have had terrible pain in my head and neck. Use the heat during the day and then the magnesium spray at night, and it has helped my pain a lot.

I’ve “won” menopause round 2 because of anti-hormones after my breast cancer treatment, and it took me a little while to find the biggest effect of breeze, but I managed. First, remember to shake it well and then apply it to the forehead, neck and the back of the neck as soon as you feel the heat coming on — that’s when breeze works best. If you’ve already started sweating, roll on several times at short intervals to get any benefit from it. All in all I’m very satisfied; I’ve just bought a new batch.

Not sure if it helps with my hot flashes, but my golfer's elbow that I've been fighting for a couple of years feels pain-free when I use it. I read somewhere someone wrote that it could also be used where you had pain, and had to try it — and yes, using it 3–5 times daily has made a marked difference, so thanks for that 🙏

It seems to work mostly for my girlfriend — I don't really feel much difference in my body. My girlfriend feels it very strongly in her body, and it works so well for her... we’ll take it with us on our trip this October and see if it works when we get sun.
