Terms and Conditions for the Cana Care Loyalty Club

1. General Information These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to membership in the Cana Care loyalty club (“community club”). By joining the Cana Care community club you accept these Terms.

2. Membership

  • Membership in the Cana Care community club is free and open to all persons over 18 years old.

  • Registration is done via canacare.dk by creating an account or via a checkbox at checkout.

  • Membership is personal and may not be transferred.

  • Members may unsubscribe from the Club at any time by contacting customer service at info@canacare.com.

3. Store Credits

  • Store Credits cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash and can only be used on canacare.dk.

  • Earned Store Credits are valid for 12 months, unless otherwise stated.

4. Redemption of Store Credits

  • Earned Store Credits can be redeemed for discounts or other benefits listed in the Cana Care community club and can only be used on canacare.dk.

  • There may be minimum requirements for using Store Credits, e.g. a minimum order amount.

  • Any bonuses or discounts apply only to future purchases and cannot be applied to previous orders.

5. Communication and Marketing

  • By joining the Club, the member consents to receive information, exclusive offers, and newsletters from Cana Care and to enrollment in the Loyalty Club.

  • Members may opt out of marketing at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link in emails or by contacting customer service.

6. Termination and Changes to the Terms

  • Cana Care reserves the right to change or discontinue the Club with reasonable notice.

  • If the Club is discontinued, any unused points will become invalid after a specified period.

  • Cana Care reserves the right to exclude members who abuse the program.

  • Cana Care reserves the right to change the value of store credits without notice
