Where are the products made?
All our skincare products are made in Denmark. Our accessories are made in the EU.
Are your products tested on animals?
No! All our products are cruelty-free and are therefore not tested on animals, either during development, production or safety assessment.
What is the shelf life of the products?
On our foot cream Treat and our hand cream Soft, you can see the expiry date at the top of the product.
For the rest of the products, the following applies:
· Before opening: shelf life of at least 36 months
· After opening: shelf life of at least 12 months
However, the products can often be used for longer than 12 months after opening, as long as they are stored correctly and still have a normal texture, scent and appearance.
Can the products be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
All our products are developed by a midwife to embrace the little aches and niggles that can come with life - including during pregnancy and the period after birth. The products best suited to pregnant and breastfeeding women are: our warming roll-on Heat (for soreness, perhaps especially across the lower back), our nourishing balm Repair (for sore nipples), our magnesium serum Rest (for restlessness in the legs and body) and our Embrace body oil (for the exposed skin on the bump and for creating a calm moment). That said, we always recommend that you try to keep your use of personal care products to a minimum while pregnant and only use the products that matter to you.
Which products are good for children?
The products we recommend for children are: our Rest magnesium serum (for growing pains and restless nights), our Ease body cream (to soften and soothe the body - especially at night for the very little ones), our nourishing balm Repair (for red bottoms, eczema and dryness), our cooling roll-on Breeze (for insect bites), our Embrace body oil (for the bath or for applying to the body) and all our PROTECT sunscreens.
