My former boss recommended that I use RELAX roll on from Cana Care when we started talking about restless legs. She had one extra and gave it to me, and I was deeply surprised at how well it worked. I apply it in the morning when I get ready and again in the evening before I go to bed. In 8 out of 10 cases my leg calms down and I can fall asleep. There are very few times when RELAX doesn't calm my leg. My restlessness is mainly concentrated in my left leg. I have tried many things but nothing has worked as well as RELAX from Cana Care.
