It's fantastic — I use it every morning because I have two herniated discs that cause terrible pain.

I have used Heat mainly for my shoulder/neck problem, where it has helped me stop taking the last of my painkillers. A warm recommendation from me.

My former boss recommended that I use RELAX roll on from Cana Care when we started talking about restless legs. She had one extra and gave it to me, and I was deeply surprised at how well it worked. I apply it in the morning when I get ready and again in the evening before I go to bed. In 8 out of 10 cases my leg calms down and I can fall asleep.
