How to
Pamper your feet with a delightful foot bath. Add 2 tablespoons of RELIEF to approximately 4 liters of lukewarm water and enjoy the lovely scent that fills the air as you lower your feet into the beneficial foot bath.

You can use Relief foot bath salt as a scrub, especially if you have some rough skin on your feet. For more stubborn rough skin, it's best removed with a pumice stone or foot file after the foot bath.

For optimal foot care, we recommend finishing your foot bath with our popular foot cream, TREAT.

FAQ

How often should I take a foot bath?

We recommend taking a foot bath with RELIEF 1-2 times a week. If you have tendency towards dry skin, you can effectively use the salt as a scrub.

Should I use foot cream after my foot bath?

It is, of course, up to you whether you want to use foot cream after your foot bath, but to give your feet the best care, we recommend applying our popular and softening foot cream, Treat, after the foot bath.

Can RELIEF help with my heel spur?

We do not have official documentation that RELIEF alleviates heel spurs, but many of our customers report that taking foot baths with RELIEF 1-2 times a week feels soothing to them for heel spurs.

I have dry and cracked heels - can I use RELIEF?

YES! You can. However, if you have deep cracks in your heels, we recommend starting with a slightly smaller amount of salt (1 tablespoon to 4 liters), as the high salt concentration can otherwise feel tingly on the skin. The combination of our natural ingredients will help exfoliate the skin on your feet, and for optimal care and softening, it is beneficial to finish your foot bath with Treat.

Studies show

A research study investigated the effects of bathing individuals with atopic skin in a magnesium chloride-rich saline solution. Before and during the study, various skin parameters such as moisture, roughness, and redness were measured. The results showed that the magnesium-rich baths improved the skin's barrier function, increased skin hydration, and reduced skin roughness and redness. The researchers believe that these positive effects are likely due to the high magnesium chloride content, as magnesium salts are known for their moisturizing properties and ability to improve skin repair.
