RELAX is a magnesium-containing serum that moisturizes and contributes to relaxation throughout the body. Simply spray it on the skin where you feel the need. You can advantageously massage it into the skin in gentle strokes, but in a pinch, it's also perfectly fine to just spray it on.

Magnesium is particularly known for nurturing and soothing the muscles, and it is good to use on a daily basis - and for intense tension, it is wonderful to use in combination with HEAT.

HEAT is a warming roll-on that for most people feels like a luxurious heating pad - without the heating pad! Simply roll it on the skin where you feel that the warming effect would benefit you, and the effect can last up to 24 hours.

If you feel tense, feel free to use Relax first, and then roll on HEAT afterwards to let the warming effect help you relax better.

FAQ

Where on the body should RELAX be applied?

We recommend applying RELAX to the skin where it feels best and where you desire soothing. For most people, it is typically on the legs or arms, but it can also be used on the back, neck, or stomach.

RELAX is giving a burning/itching sensation when using, is it normal?

Due to the high salt content, it is entirely normal for RELAX to cause tingling, stinging, or itching on the skin when the product is applied. It's a bit like the sensation reported when the skin comes into contact with the highly salty waters of the Dead Sea. If there is a tingling or itching sensation, we recommend applying the product to wet skin to reduce the concentration of the product slightly.

Additionally, it may be recommended to moisturize the skin with a mild lotion or good oil afterward. If the itching or stinging sensation persists, we recommend trying REST instead.

What do I do if HEAT feels too hot?

Because the skin is a large, living organ, there can be differences in how Heat feels on the skin. If you find that the warming effect becomes too intense, it can be mitigated by applying oil to the area.

HEAT does not get warm - what do I do?

Because the skin is a large, living organ that varies among individuals, the absorption and sensation of HEAT on the skin can differ. For some, it may take a bit more effort to experience the warming sensation from HEAT, but once activated, it can make a significant difference. If you don't feel as much warmth from HEAT as you desire, the first thing to try is applying more of the product. Next, you can attempt to activate the warmth by introducing heat externally or internally. For example, with a warm cloth, a minute with a hairdryer, or 10 minutes of exercise to warm your body from the inside. Remember, for most people, the warmth will quickly spread afterward, and it can often be reactivated in the same way for up to 24 hours, repeatedly using these little tricks.
