It can help reduce redness, irritation and sensitivity and relieve sunburn or skin irritation caused by external factors. How to
Use two or three sprays on the area you want to add magnesium to and massage it thoroughly into the skin.

Use RELAX after your post-workout shower, as it is most effective when used on clean skin to replenish magnesium levels in the body.
Some people may experience a slight tingling sensation on their skin; this is due to the high salt content and is not at all dangerous – quite the opposite. To reduce the tingling sensation, you can apply the product to wet skin and apply a mild lotion or nice oil afterwards.

NOTE: Do not use the product on cuts/wounds or freshly shaved legs - it stings terribly due to the salt!

Virker men pludselig reaktion

Jeg synes, produktet har virket ok ift. at få den overfladiske smerte til at gå væk (døjer man meget med spændinger skal man selvfølgelig til en fys eller lignende). Dog er jeg begyndt at slå ud ved brug af produktet (først efter et halvt år)- kraftig kløe og rødme. Så måske ikke for folk, der har tendens til at slå ud.

Where on the body should RELAX be applied?

We recommend applying Relax to the skin where it feels best and where you desire soothing. For most people, it is typically on the legs or arms, but it can also be used on the back, neck, or stomach.
Can RELAX be used for children?

Yes, it is allowed, but for children, we always recommend starting with Rest. Active children or those prone to growing pains or similar issues may benefit greatly from Relax or Rest.
Burning/itching sensation when using, is it normal?

Due to the high salt content, it is entirely normal for Relax to cause tingling, stinging, or itching on the skin when the product is applied. It's a bit like the sensation reported when the skin comes into contact with the highly salty waters of the Dead Sea. If there is a tingling or itching sensation, we recommend applying the product to wet skin to reduce the concentration of the product slightly.

Additionally, it may be recommended to moisturize the skin with a mild lotion or good oil afterward. If the itching or stinging sensation persists, we recommend trying Rest instead.
