RELAX roll-on is a body serum with an extremely high magnesium content, an essential factor for optimal recovery. Simply roll it onto the skin where needed, preferably right after training. Is it normal for RELAX to tingle on the skin when applied?

Due to the high salt content, it is completely normal for RELAX to tingle, sting, or itch when applied. It is not harmful, but if it feels uncomfortable, we recommend applying the product to damp skin to reduce the salt concentration. Additionally, applying a mild lotion or good oil afterward can help. If the tingling or stinging sensation continues, we recommend trying REST, which is gentler.

Why can I feel the product on my skin after it has absorbed?

Once RELAX has been absorbed, the residue from the magnesium can sometimes leave a dry film on the skin. This is not harmful and can be easily removed with a damp cloth.

What do I do if HEAT feels too hot?

Because the skin is a large, living organ, there can be differences in how HEAT feels on the skin. If you find that the warming effect becomes too intense, it can be mitigated by applying oil to the area.

For some, it may take a bit more effort to experience the warming sensation from HEAT, but once activated, it can make a significant difference. If you don't feel as much warmth from HEAT as you desire, the first thing to try is applying more of the product. Next, you can attempt to activate the warmth by introducing heat externally or internally. For example, with a warm cloth, a minute with a hairdryer, or 10 minutes of exercise to warm your body from the inside. Remember, for most people, the warmth will quickly spread afterward, and it can often be reactivated in the same way for up to 24 hours, repeatedly using these little tricks.
