HEAT
Shake the product before use.
Roll the product onto the areas of your skin where you want to create warmth, such as your neck or lower back.

For best results, use HEAT on warm skin, such as after exercise or a warm bath.

When the skin is warm, it becomes more receptive to the product.

If you want more heat:
Reapply HEAT after 20 minutes if you feel the effect is insufficient. The warming effect can also be reactivated for up to 24 hours by adding external heat, such as from a warm towel, exercise, or using a hairdryer for a minute for a boost.

If you want less heat:
The warming effect can be reduced by applying oil to the area. This is also the best way to neutralize the product in the skin.

Note: Always try HEAT on a small area first to ensure you can tolerate the product. It is normal for the skin to become a little red where the product is applied, as this is a sign that the product is working. Redness outside of the applied area indicates sensitivity.

REST
Adults:
Spray REST 2-3 times on each body part where you want to apply magnesium, and gently massage the serum well into the skin. For maximum relaxing effect, use the serum after a warm and soothing bath.

Children:
Spray REST 2-3 times into your hands. Then, gently massage the serum into the skin on the area(s) of the child where you want to apply magnesium.

Worth knowing:
The product may cause a slight tingling sensation on the skin, which is due to the high salt content and is not harmful (on the contrary). To reduce the tingling feeling, it’s beneficial to apply the product to damp skin and possibly follow up with a mild lotion or good oil.

Note: Do not use the product on cuts, wounds, or freshly shaved legs – it may sting due to the salt!

EMBRACE
Apply the oil to clean, and preferably slightly damp skin, to experience its wonderful softening and smoothing effects. Pump the oil into your hands and massage it into the skin on the desired areas. For optimal moisture and care, it is recommended to use the oil daily.

TIP: For a bath – either for yourself or your children – add a few drops of EMBRACE to the water to pamper your skin with a lovely softness after the bath.
