REST
Use 2-3 sprays on the area where you want to apply magnesium, and gently massage it into the skin. It is recommended to use it after a warm and soothing bath to achieve the maximum relaxing effect.

Some people may experience a slight tingling sensation on the skin when using the product; this is due to the high salt content and is not harmful (on the contrary). To reduce the tingling sensation, it is advisable to apply the product on wet skin and possibly follow up with a mild lotion or good oil.

NOTE: Do not use the product on cuts/wounds or freshly shaved legs - it may sting due to the salt!

EASE
Apply and massage the body lotion thoroughly into your skin. Initially, the cream may appear very white on the skin, but as you continue to massage it in, it will fully absorb, leaving your skin soft, well-nourished, hydrated, and infused with plenty of magnesium.

REPAIR
Squeeze a small amount out of the tube, for optimal hygiene, preferably on the back of your hand, and gently apply it to the affected area. Use as needed, several times a day if desired. Good for all skin types – and can be used at any age.
