REST is a nurturing serum sprayed on the skin for increased calm and well-being. Rich in magnesium, which besides being an important supporter of skin maintenance, is also known to contribute to less restlessness and better sleep.

REPAIR is a soothing ointment for sensitive and irritated skin. The salve is filled with softening, natural, and organic oils that repair and moisturize the skin. It's effective for alleviating redness, itching, irritation, and excessive dryness.

Here's how you do it

REST
Roll the product onto the areas where you want to apply magnesium. If you desire more relaxation and improved sleep, we recommend rolling the product onto your lower legs and massaging it well into the skin.

Be sure to avoid cuts/scrapes.

REPAIR
Dispense a small amount of balm onto the back of your hand for optimal hygiene, then gently apply it to the desired area. Can be used as needed, preferably multiple times a day. Suitable for all skin types and ages.

Can I use the REST roll-on for my child?

REST roll-on is great for children, as long as you avoid applying it over cuts or scrapes, as the high salt concentration can sting. Some children may experience a tingling sensation on their skin – this is not harmful and can be alleviated by moistening the skin with water and applying a mild lotion afterward. For very young children, or for those with eczema or sensitive skin, our magnesium body lotion EASE might be a better alternative.
What is the difference between RELAX and REST?

The main difference between RELAX and REST is the magnesium concentration. REST is milder than RELAX, and we typically recommend it for use before bedtime, as most people will have a better experience with REST over RELAX in this context.
Can REPAIR be used by children?

REPAIR is brilliant for children! It is good for everything from diaper rash, cold cheeks, dry fingers, dry lips, red noses, scraped knees, minor rashes, and other minor skin irritations.
