REST - magnesium serum, which is particularly good for calming down before bed, for both adults and children. Use a few sprays for a loving massage of the legs, stomach or arms and feel the calm settle in.

Here's how you do it

REST
Roll the product onto the areas where you want to apply magnesium. If you desire more relaxation and improved sleep, we recommend rolling the product onto your lower legs and massaging it well into the skin.

Be sure to avoid cuts/scrapes.

HEAT
Shake the product before use.
Roll the product onto the areas of your skin where you want to create warmth, such as your neck or lower back.

For best results, use HEAT on warm skin, such as after exercise or a warm bath.

When the skin is warm, it becomes more receptive to the product.

If you want more heat:
Reapply HEAT after 20 minutes if you feel the effect is insufficient. The warming effect can also be reactivated for up to 24 hours by adding external heat, such as from a warm towel, exercise, or using a hairdryer for a minute for a boost.

If you want less heat:
The warming effect can be reduced by applying oil to the area. This is also the best way to neutralize the product in the skin.

Note: Always try HEAT on a small area first to ensure you can tolerate the product. It is normal for the skin to become a little red where the product is applied, as this is a sign that the product is working. Redness outside of the applied area indicates sensitivity.

REPAIR
Dispense a small amount of balm onto the back of your hand for optimal hygiene, then gently apply it to the desired area. Can be used as needed, preferably multiple times a day. Suitable for all skin types and ages.

EMBRACE
Apply the oil to clean, and preferably slightly damp skin, to experience its wonderful softening and smoothing effects. Pump the oil into your hands and massage it into the skin on the desired areas. For optimal moisture and care, it is recommended to use the oil daily.

TIP: For a bath – either for yourself or your children – add a few drops of EMBRACE to the water to pamper your skin with a lovely softness after the bath.

Can I use the REST roll-on for my child?

REST roll-on is great for children, as long as you avoid applying it over cuts or scrapes, as the high salt concentration can sting. Some children may experience a tingling sensation on their skin – this is not harmful and can be alleviated by moistening the skin with water and applying a mild lotion afterward. For very young children, or for those with eczema or sensitive skin, our magnesium body lotion EASE might be a better alternative.
Is EMBRACE good for pregnant women?

Yes! EMBRACE is a natural body oil with particularly good nurturing properties for the sensitive skin of pregnant women. It is easily absorbed, contributing to increased flexibility and elasticity, without unnecessary chemicals. In other words, it's just what you want when you're pregnant.
I have sores on my breasts - what should I do?

Many women experience getting sores on their breasts during the establishment of breastfeeding. The most important thing to alleviate this is to ensure that the baby latches correctly onto the breast, avoiding uneven or excessive pressure on the nipples.

Nevertheless, many breastfeeding mothers will experience tenderness in their breasts, and in this regard, Repair, with its many beneficial properties, is suitable for use during breastfeeding. It is simply applied to the breast after each feeding and does not need to be washed off.
