Here's how you do it

Shake the products before use and roll onto the desired areas, e.g. the neck or lower back for HEAT, or the chest, neck, and wrists for BREEZE.

HEAT: If you want more heat, you can repeat the rolling on after 20 minutes or boost the effect with a hair dryer, for example. If you want less heat, the area can be soothed with oil. Always test on a small area first.

BREEZE: If you want more cooling, repeat application as needed and massage the product into the skin. For extra effect, the product can be stored in the refrigerator. Do not rinse off.
