How to
Shake the product before use.
Roll the product onto the areas of skin you want to warm, e.g., the neck or lower back.
We recommend using HEAT on warm skin, for example after exercise or a hot bath.
When the skin is warm, it is more receptive to the product.
If you want more heat:
Reapply HEAT by rolling it on after 20 minutes if you need more effect. The warming effect can also be reactivated for up to 24 hours by adding another source of heat, e.g., a warm cloth, exercise, or about a minute with a hairdryer if you want a stronger boost.
If you want less heat:
The warming effect can be reduced by applying oil to the area. This is also the best way to neutralize the product on the skin.
Note: Always try HEAT on a small area of skin the first time to ensure you can tolerate the product. It is normal for the skin to become slightly red where the product is rolled on, and this is a sign the product is working, while redness outside the area is a sign of sensitivity.
