After using Relax for a while on my right calf and knee, I almost no longer have any pain, so it has helped me a lot. I also gave one to my daughter and she has also started to feel that it helps, even though she has only used it for about 14 days.

I use HEAT almost daily after my shower — my skin gets very red, but the warmth is wonderful and soothes my tense shoulders and neck muscles, which feels great.

I use heat and rest spray every night before bedtime. It gives a lovely calm to the body, but unfortunately heat doesn’t have its warming effect every time and everywhere and it also doesn’t help with muscle tension, so not 5 stars — but the combination of these two makes a difference for my sleep🙏

I use Heat both preventively and as a treatment. On ski trips I use it daily on my thighs and calves — and in everyday life I use it for sore or tired muscles and minor injuries. I love the warmth it gives me — and that it “tweaks” nicely when I apply a generous layer!
