It really helped me quite quickly!
For neck and shoulder pain
Really good for tension in the neck and shoulders. The only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 is that I don't think it gives as much heat as before.

I’m really impressed with the product.

Effective relief for tension and sore muscles
I am very happy to use Heat. I find that it is effective at stopping my tension headaches early if I apply it to the tense areas in my neck and shoulders as soon as I notice the first signs.
I've also used it on sore, tight muscles elsewhere on my body, where it provides a pleasant warmth and helps relieve my muscle pain. It has become a staple product that I often reach for when I need quick relief.

The products live up to their reputation. I didn't quite believe it, but the foot cream in particular is absolutely fantastic. It really works. The oil is a bit difficult to spread, but it makes the skin soft.

I can only give this oil top marks. I love body oils and I've tried 25 different kinds. EMBRACE is probably one of the best. It absorbs, isn't greasy, and my skin is simply silky.

Delicious products that work
I use Embrace all over my body, especially on my legs and upper back where I have periodic flare-ups of my skin condition. Embrace makes my skin soft and hydrated without feeling greasy, and my skin feels more elastic. In the areas that need extra protection during flare-ups, I use Repair Balm. Unlike other products, it’s full of natural ingredients and has a texture that makes it easy to apply. It can be kept cool in the fridge if the skin needs soothing, for example overnight. I’ve only used the products for about two weeks, but I can clearly see they work. Thanks for the lovely products from Cana Care
Super delicious non-greasy body oil.
I bought it to moisturize my pregnant belly. But I’ve also discovered it’s brilliant as a facial oil during winter, when I don’t need as much SPF as in summer. I also use it when I cup my face or thighs.

What should I do if HEAT feels too warm?
Because the skin is a large, living organ, there can be variations in how HEAT feels on your skin. If you feel the warming effect becoming too intense, it can be reduced by applying oil to the area.
HEAT doesn't get warm - what do I do?
Because the skin is a large, living organ that differs from person to person, how HEAT is absorbed into and feels on the skin also varies. For some people it takes a little more effort to experience the warming sensation from HEAT, but once you get it going, it can really make a big difference. The first thing to try if you don’t feel as much warmth from HEAT as you’d like is to apply more of the product. Next, you can try activating the heat by adding warmth from the outside or the inside — for example with a very warm cloth, about a minute with a hairdryer, or 10 minutes of exercise so your body gets warm internally. For most people, the warmth will then spread quickly, and it can often be reactivated in the same way for up to 24 hours, again and again with these same small tricks.
Can HEAT be used for children?
We do not recommend HEAT for use on young children, as the warming effect can become very intense for some people. Because the product contains chili extract, which can be quite strong/hot if it gets into the mouth, it should be kept out of reach of children.
Can EMBRACE be used for psoriasis?
There is no reason not to use EMBRACE if you have psoriasis. It contains many beneficial oils that are rich in vitamins and antioxidants, which, for most people, will benefit the skin. In addition, because of its hydrasalinol content it can also help build and maintain the skin's moisture balance, as it promotes the production and transport of carbamide to the skin, which is crucial—especially for people with problematic skin.
