Change in texture
When I open a new one there is always clear liquid, but after a few uses it becomes solid with the same texture. It can also be affected by heat, becoming more liquid — not sure if that matters. Otherwise it’s really good for my eczema.

What should I do if HEAT feels too warm?
Because the skin is a large, living organ, how HEAT feels can vary. If you find the warming effect too intense, you can lessen it by applying oil to the area.
HEAT isn't getting warm - what should I do?
Because the skin is a large, living organ that differs from person to person, how HEAT is absorbed into and feels on the skin also varies. For some people it takes a little more effort to benefit from the warming sensation of HEAT, but once it gets going it can really make a big difference. The first thing you can try if you don’t feel as much warmth from HEAT as you’d like is to apply more of the product. Next, you can try activating the heat by adding warmth either from the outside or from within — for example with a very warm cloth, about a minute with a hair dryer, or 10 minutes of exercise to warm your body internally. For most people the warmth will then quickly spread, and it can often be reactivated in the same way for up to 24 hours, again and again with these small tricks.
Why does my skin turn completely white when I use EASE?
When EASE comes into contact with the skin, the ingredients are activated and the skin will turn white. Massage the product well into the skin, and it will then be absorbed and the skin will return to its usual color.
Can I use EASE when I'm pregnant?
EASE is great for the whole family - including pregnant women, who often benefit greatly from its nourishing skin-care properties and the added magnesium.
