After using Relax for a while on my right calf and knee, I almost no longer have any pain, so it has helped me a lot. I also gave one to my daughter and she has also started to feel that it helps, even though she has only used it for about 14 days.

One week after my hip surgery my biggest challenge was cramps and muscle tightness in the operated leg. My physio recommended I try magnesium spray, and I ordered Relax.
