Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered multiple different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

If it is an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive the first item.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to inform us that you want to withdraw from your purchase. You can send an email to info@canacare.dk or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also notifying us.
