My best tips for you

Use REST in the evening, ideally right before bed. If it’s for your child, include it in a cozy bedtime routine – they’ll love it!

Apply 2–3 sprays per leg or use the roll-on. For little ones, less is more: one spray in your hands is often enough to massage into their legs. If it feels a bit sticky, don’t worry! That’s just the magnesium residue on the skin. Try using a bit less, and you’ll probably still see the same great results.

Apply REST on damp skin, like after a bath. Damp skin helps the product absorb better and avoids that tingly feeling from the magnesium.

Massage it in well. A gentle massage not only feels great but also helps the product absorb better. You can follow up with a nourishing oil, like our Embrace, for extra hydration and care.

Use REST only on intact skin. Especially with kids, keep an eye out for small scrapes or cuts – salt on wounds is never fun ❤️

Avoid using REST right after shaving.
