SOFT: Apply a generous amount of hand cream to your palms. Massage the cream in circular motions so that it is thoroughly distributed and penetrates deep into the skin. Your hands will feel moisturized and smooth without feeling sticky or greasy.

BREEZE: Apply your BREEZE roll-on to the area you want to start cooling. You can apply Breeze as needed, to any area of the body. For optimal cooling effect, the product can be stored in the refrigerator and massaged well into the skin. Rolling can be repeated until the desired effect is achieved.

GROW: Apply 2 pipettes* of hair serum to the scalp and massage the product in well.
Apply the serum to the scalp a few drops at a time, so that with 2 pipettes you feel you have distributed the serum over most of the scalp.
Use morning and evening for at least 3 months for best results.
