Wow, what a wonderful product. I’ve rarely experienced something with such a strong effect, and I’ve worked in the beauty industry for over 5 years. I sleep between 6 and 7 hours without waking. Before I started using Rest, I could only sleep for a maximum of 2 hours at a time and woke up at 6:00 AM.

Really effective for restless legs — I spray it on before bed when I feel the restlessness in my legs. Not long after spraying, the restlessness disappears. Definitely recommend it.

Not too thin in consistency, good for my daughter's dry eczema-prone skin. A bit impractical, though — it's in a glass bottle. It shatters when dropped.

I ordered the foot bath with the matching foot cream and the body oil. I’ve already tried the foot cream and I’m impressed. It smells nice, absorbs quickly, and is long-lasting. I’m still testing the other products.

I use Embrace all over my body, especially on my legs and upper back where I have periodic flare-ups of my skin condition. Embrace makes my skin soft and hydrated without feeling greasy, and my skin feels more elastic. In the areas that need extra protection during flare-ups, I use Repair Balm. Unlike other products, it’s full of natural ingredients and has a texture that makes it easy to apply. It can be kept cool in the fridge if the skin needs soothing, for example overnight. I’ve only used the products for about two weeks, but I can clearly see they work. Thanks for the lovely products from Cana Care

I bought it to moisturize my pregnant belly. But I’ve also discovered it’s brilliant as a facial oil during winter, when I don’t need as much SPF as in summer. I also use it when I cup my face or thighs.

A liniment so you avoid sticky hands. Good. And it warms nicely. The muscles feel looser after a while from the hot heat.

Remember to read the instructions before use. I rubbed my husband thoroughly with Heat, so his legs stayed warm for hours. But it helped with restless legs.

Great product that has often saved me

I use Heat after strength training, together with Relax. If my shoulders are tense from sitting at the screen too long, I also roll on Heat. It works immediately!

Can't live without it — I even keep it in my handbag. Even bruises become less tender!

Heat is a great product - relieves soreness and pain in the neck and lower back - lovely warmth.

I use HEAT almost daily after my shower — my skin gets very red, but the warmth is wonderful and soothes my tense shoulders and neck muscles, which feels great.

I use heat and rest spray every night before bedtime. It gives a lovely calm to the body, but unfortunately heat doesn’t have its warming effect every time and everywhere and it also doesn’t help with muscle tension, so not 5 stars — but the combination of these two makes a difference for my sleep🙏
