I have tried many products to stop restlessness and cramps at night, including plain magnesium. After I got REST it finally worked. It is super effective for restlessness... you rub it on for discomfort and shortly after it works. I also think I’ve had fewer cramps... note: I take magnesium pills alongside it, but they did not affect the restlessness. REST did — I recommend it to anyone who struggles with restlessness.

I have tried magnesium spray before and it worked well but took a long time to absorb into the skin and was therefore greasy.
Rest Roll on, on the other hand, is easy to apply, absorbs faster, and works fantastically.
I’ve already bought two more.

My daughter struggles with severe restlessness in her legs—mostly in the evenings. It affects her ability to fall asleep. A weighted blanket has often helped, but it’s bulky and hard to take everywhere. REST roll-on has helped very well so far, and we hope it will continue to do so.👌🏼

I discovered Heat on a recommendation after a viral infection that left me with persistent neck pain and headaches. Heat saved me, and now I use it every night before bed — the warmth it provides across my neck and shoulders is soothing and relaxing, and I no longer wake up with a stiff, painful neck. Heat is a great product - relieves soreness and pain in the neck and lower back - lovely warmth.

I use HEAT almost daily after my shower — my skin gets very red, but the warmth is wonderful and soothes my tense shoulders and neck muscles, which feels great.

I use heat and rest spray every night before bedtime. It gives a lovely calm to the body, but unfortunately heat doesn’t have its warming effect every time and everywhere and it also doesn’t help with muscle tension, so not 5 stars — but the combination of these two makes a difference for my sleep🙏

Finally something I can feel that works on the sore spots. Simple and effective, and it works.

I use Heat both preventively and as a treatment. On ski trips I use it daily on my thighs and calves — and in everyday life I use it for sore or tired muscles and minor injuries. I love the warmth it gives me — and that it “tweaks” nicely when I apply a generous layer!
