Used it for nighttime leg cramps, have used it for about 2 years — it can’t always keep them away, but it helps.

I use Relax for my neck and shoulder and it has definitely saved me from many tension headaches. Combined with Heat, it’s absolutely wonderful.

I bought Relax roll-on as an extra Christmas present; I’m personally very pleased with it. Since I have chronic tension headaches, it’s good for sore neck tension. Super easy to apply 👍🏻

It really works and is easy to use.
If you use it on thin skin, or maybe if you use a little too much at once, it can sting the skin.

Have used Relax before for cramps in my legs and they are gone. So I tried it on my fibromyalgia pain and it relieves enough for me to sleep. I use it together with Heat and it eases after about an hour. Lovely. I don't take pain medication so these roll-ons are worth their weight in gold for my nerve pain. Thank you so much, Cana.🙏

Bought the relax for my husband as an Advent gift. He suffers from whiplash and shoulder pain. Once he used it, and poof—the pain disappeared (for that time). I borrowed it when I had lower back pain. After 10 minutes, the pain was gone. Volteren is NEVER usually this fast 🌟

I have used Voltaren Forte for neck pain for many years, but was recommended RELAX roll-on and now I only use RELAX roll-on and it works better than Voltaren Forte!!

Heat is a great product - relieves soreness and pain in the neck and lower back - lovely warmth.

I use HEAT almost daily after my shower — my skin gets very red, but the warmth is wonderful and soothes my tense shoulders and neck muscles, which feels great.

I use heat and rest spray every night before bedtime. It gives a lovely calm to the body, but unfortunately heat doesn’t have its warming effect every time and everywhere and it also doesn’t help with muscle tension, so not 5 stars — but the combination of these two makes a difference for my sleep🙏

Finally something I can feel that works on the sore spots. Simple and effective, and it works.

I use Heat both preventively and as a treatment. On ski trips I use it daily on my thighs and calves — and in everyday life I use it for sore or tired muscles and minor injuries. I love the warmth it gives me — and that it “tweaks” nicely when I apply a generous layer!

I am very satisfied with the product. It provides a nice warming effect and feels comfortable on sore shoulders and the lower back.

Likes that it smells, but feels like it doesn’t do much on the skin. Have tried applying several layers — then it feels a bit more.

Works against soreness and pain

I can’t do without Heat — I rub it on my knee, which hurts a lot from osteoarthritis, and it’s fantastic for tension in the neck and shoulders. I can only recommend it.
