Virker næsten perfekt

Jeg har i længere tid haft rigtig meget uro i mine ben om natten, og har derfor i længere tid ikke fået ret meget søvn. Jeg har prøvet at spise magnesium i lige så lang tid, som intet hjalp.
Jeg ville så prøve REST spray, og til at starte med virkede den overhovedet ikke, men jeg prøvede den igen, og den har virket næsten perfekt. Jeg har stadig ind imellem uro i det ene ben, men langt de fleste nætter virker den perfekt.

Mit barn kan selv anvende den og virker ikke lige så kold som sprayen, så den er mere indbydende. Kan være svær helt at dosere, da den konsistensmæssigt ikke altid ruller helt med ud ved påføring

Can I use the REST roll-on for my child?

REST roll-on is great for children, as long as you avoid applying it over cuts or scrapes, as the high salt concentration can sting. Some children may experience a tingling sensation on their skin – this is not harmful and can be alleviated by moistening the skin with water and applying a mild lotion afterward. For very young children, or for those with eczema or sensitive skin, our magnesium body lotion EASE might be a better alternative.
Why can I feel the product on my skin after it has absorbed?

Once REST has been absorbed, the magnesium residue can sometimes form a dry film on the skin. This is not harmful and can be removed with a damp cloth.
What is the difference between RELAX and REST?

The main difference between RELAX and REST is the magnesium concentration. REST is milder than RELAX, and we typically recommend it for use before bedtime, as most people will have a better experience with REST over RELAX in this context.
When should I use REST Roll-on versus REST Spray?

We recommend the roll-on for those who find it easier to roll the product onto the skin rather than spray it. There is no difference in the effectiveness of the two products, so choose the one that suits you best.
